A Little Piece of Ground

<p>In Elizabeth Laird's <i>A Little Piece of Ground, </i>twelve-year-old Karim Aboudi and his family are trapped in their Ramallah home by a strict curfew. Israeli tanks control the city in response to a Palestinian suicide bombing.
